a. Concierge Services: My Traveling Family provides personalized travel planning services. Clients are responsible for providing accurate information about their preferences and requirements for creating customized itineraries.

b. Travel Blogging: Individuals engaging in our travel blogging services retain ownership of their content. My Traveling Family may use the content for promotional purposes with the author’s consent.

c. Vacation Rental Management: Property owners using our vacation rental management services agree to provide accurate information about their property. My Traveling Family is not responsible for property-related issues outside the scope of our services.

3. Payments and Fees:

a. Concierge Services: Payment details for travel services will be agreed upon before the commencement of services. Additional costs incurred during the trip may be charged accordingly.

b. Travel Blogging: Fees for content creation and promotion will be discussed and agreed upon before the commencement of blogging services.

c. Vacation Rental Management: Property owners will be subject to management fees, which will be outlined in the agreement. Fees may include listing optimization, booking management, and property maintenance.

4. Cancellations and Refunds:

a. Concierge Services: Cancellation policies for travel services will be communicated to clients before booking. Refund eligibility is subject to these policies.

b. Travel Blogging: No refunds will be provided for blogging services once content creation has commenced.

c. Vacation Rental Management: Property owners may terminate management services with a notice period. Refunds will be handled according to the terms outlined in the management agreement.

5. Privacy and Security:

My Traveling Family values your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

6. Changes to Terms:

My Traveling Family reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
