The Cioppino was a big hit. Turned out great! Kids unanimously agreed that they liked it and wanted me to make it again.

Well, maybe a nanosecond, but not an ENTIRE second. Really. I promise.
(and that nanosecond was just pure green-eyed landlocked jealousy… seafood is not an easy thing to get here, and of course it isn’t truly fresh no matter how much you spend. Urgh.)
